Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 c onion, chopped finely
Spice mixture:
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp celery seed
2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
Process
1. Sauté onion in oil until translucent
Serve over rice, with a high-quality mango chutney.
